Jane is a scientific operations and alliance management executive with 20+ years of creating and delivering complex scientific goals. An early leader on the Human Genome Project in the UK, she moved to Cambridge, MA in 1998 to lead a new directive in plant genomics for Monsanto Company. Her worldwide collaborations and partnerships have touched many groups from nonprofit research teams to large pharma.
Before founding CANCollaborate in 2023 to accelerate treatments and cures for rare cancers, specifically appendiceal cancer, Jane joined the MIT Koch Institute for Integrative Cancer Research as Executive Director in 2021 where her focus was creating scientific collaborations and external relationships with clinical, commercial, government and academic partners. She also worked on initiatives at the Broad Institute for 18 years as Senior Director for Genomics Alliances.
